Alia Bhatt and Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies cast feature in Netflix’s Tudum 2023 video

This year’s global livestream signifies the event’s return to Brazil – the location of the first Tudum in-person event in 2020.

Tudum: A Global Fan Event is back and bigger than ever! After two years as a virtual event, the 2023 Tudum livestream will be broadcast live in front of thousands of fans in São Paulo, Brazil to audiences worldwide on June 17th. This year, it will feature Alia Bhatt, who makes her Hollywood debut with Heart Of Stone. It will also see the cast of Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies who are seen in the announcement video.

Sharing the announcement video, which features Gal Gadot, Stranger Things cast, Alia Bhatt and Chris Hemsworth, Netflix India tweeted, “#Tudum! It’s that time of the year again. Tune in on June 18th on Netflix’s YouTube to watch your favourite stars reveal exclusive news, never-before-seen footage, trailers, and first looks of your favourite shows and movies!”

Netflix fans everywhere are invited to tune in to watch an exciting two-hour event featuring Netflix stars and creators from across the globe. From exclusive news and never-before-seen footage to trailers, and first looks at your favourite series, films and games, Tudum event is more significant.

This year’s global livestream event, broadcast from Ibirapuera Park (Parque do Ibirapuera) in São Paulo, builds upon Netflix’s three-day convention event taking place June 16th to 18th at the Bienal inside the park. Featuring over 2,000 square meters of activities, games, live music, and more, the convention will also give attendees the chance to see their favourite stars up close. This year’s global livestream signifies the event’s return to Brazil – the location of the first Tudum in-person event in 2020.
