Anushka Sharma celebrated Indian team’s victory over England. On Monday, the cricket team beats the host in second test match. The 33-year old actress rejoiced India’s win by sharing some Instagram stories. The Indian cricket team is currently facing for a five test match series against the host, England. Anushka posted a series of pictures of her watching and enjoying the match.
She shared a picture of her husband, Virat Kohli, captain of Indian cricket team celebrating the win while captioning it “What a win! What a team!” Prior to it, she posted a picture of her TV screen, showing Virat and team on the field, captioning “Yessss!!!”With raised hand, blue heart emoji and the Indian flag. In another story, while sharing picture of the on-going match, she wrote, “Too interesting” along with cricket bat and ball emoji with Indian flag.
In the second test match, India beat England by 151 runs, getting a lead of 1-0 in the five match series. England had to chase the target of 272 run, but were bowled out for 120, making India win. Anushka and daughter Vamika are accompanying Virat and the team in England. Before the test series began, Virushka explored the countryside with few other Indian team players and their partners. Anushka seemed to be bonding with KL Rahul’s rumored girlfriend, Athiya Shetty. A few ago, Anushka shared a picture of the group from Durham on Instagram, featuring Anushka, Virat, Athiya, KL Rahul, Umesh Yaadav and Ishant Sharma with their wives, Tanya Wadhwa and Pratima Singh, respectively.
On the work front, Anushka was last featured on-screen in 2018 in Zero opposite Shah Rukh Khan and has recently produced Bulbul. Virat and Anushka plans to spending all their time with their daughter Vamika.
