Television’s biggest reality show, Bigg Boss has been premiered on OTT platform 2 days back and Ridhima Pandit, one of the contestants, got emotional remembering her late mother. Bahu Hamari Rajnikant actress Ridhima Pandit lost her mother recently after a 5 year long battle with illness. The three contestants- Ridhima, Neha & Shamita, who have each lost a parent, Ridhima’s was the most recent, were seen having a heartwarming conversation. The girls were sharing their experiences & learnings.
While Ridhima said that she thanks her stars every day for not signing up for Bigg Boss last year, she added, ‘Thank God, sense prevailed & I didn’t end up doing Bigg Boss last year as the season ran for a long time until February this year & she lost her mother in April.’
She even shared a joke her mother used to make to her saying-, ‘Ki Bigg Boss me jaakar ladke bhi rote hai, tum toh ladki ho.’ Ridhima added with teary eyes how she held back her tears after her mother’s demise because she knew she couldn’t be selfish & that her body had given up.’ Ridhima couldn’t hold back her tears any further & got emotional, cried & hugged Neha.
Bigg Boss is a highly controversial entertainment quotient show, where the contestants are made to cut from outside world and put to live together, changing lives of the contestants, which the audience may now understand better after the pandemic & various lockdowns.
