Former couple Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao were spotted together on Monday at a dubbing studio in the city. The two had attended a work meeting and were later seen posing for the paparazzi. The two were also accompanied by their respective team members.
Videos and pictures of Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao posing together went viral on social media. A video of them hugging each other before leaving the studio also has been doing the rounds on social media. Aamir and Kiran opted for a casual look for their work meeting. Aamir was seen dressed in a yellow hoodie and black pants while Kiran opted for a black t-shirt and baggy jeans.
Aamir and Kiran got married in 2005 and in July last year, they announced their divorce. The former couple said that it was a mutual decision and they are currently co-parenting their child Azad. Their joint statement read, “In these 15 beautiful years together we have shared a lifetime of experiences, joy, and laughter, and our relationship has only grown in trust, respect, and love. Now we would like to begin a new chapter in our lives – no longer as husband and wife, but as co-parents and family for each other. We began a planned separation some time ago, and now feel comfortable to formalise this arrangement, of living separately yet sharing our lives the way an extended family does. We remain devoted parents to our son Azad, who we will nurture and raise together.”
Aamir and Kiran also said that they will continue to work together. At present, they are working on the upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha. Aamir is also producing Kiran’s next directorial.
