Jio, a popular telecom operator in India, is experiencing disruptions in its mobile network and internet services. Users across the country are reporting issues with connectivity and signal problems. Several social media users are reporting issues with Jio’s mobile network today. Many users reported that Jio’s services were affected particularly in Mumbai for several hours. This disruption has also reportedly impacted Jio AirFiber services. Downdetector, a platform that tracks outages, confirmed the disruption. As per some users, the networks are down due to a reported fire incident at the IDC data center. However, the company has not issued any official statement about the outage or any fire incident.

Within just one hour, over 10,000 complaints were registered on Downdetector. According to the site, 67 percent of users reported no signal, 20 percent faced mobile internet issues, and 14 percent had problems with Jio Fiber.
