Actress Vaani Kapoor celebrated her 33rd birthday with her friends and shared a few pictures from her ‘birthday afternoon’. While Vaani celebrated her birthday, with sisters Akansha and Anushka Ranjan, the actress looked stunning in a peach and orange top. She shared photos with the sisters, on Instagram where the three were posing happily.
In a caption Vaani wrote, “Thank you for all your love and wishes.” reacting to which her close best friend Rashi Khanna commented: “So pretty!”
While Anushka Ranjan wished Vaani Happy Birthday by sharing a picture of the duo, she wrote: “Happy birthday to my pretty pea poopi puppy potato. Wish you shine bright like you always do till the end of time. Thank you for being my source of madness and entertainment always. I love you too much.”
Vaani’s recent release is Bell Bottom where she starred opposite Akhsay Kumar, as his wife in the film. However, the film is getting mixed reviews from the audience and the critics. Film critic Saibal Chaterjee in one of his reviews gave the film two stars out of five mentioning that the focus of the film was entirely on Akshay Kumar having a thick moustache which was supposed to give him retro look. Since the entire focus was on Akshay, the other actorsâ performance had to suffer. The hairdo and elaborate makeup was not very beneficial for Lara Dutta as it overshadowed her expressions as he stated.
On the work front, Vaani who made her debut in 2013, opposite late actor Sushant Singh Rajput in Shuddh Desi Romance, has featured in number of films including Befikre and Aaha Kalyanam. She has Shamshera and Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui in her kitty.
