Earlier in the day yesterday, there were reports claiming that Pushpa: The Rise’s Hindi distributor opted not to release the film in the theatres as the firm wasn’t aware that Pushpa would be made in two parts.
Subsequently, there were rumors that Pushpa: The Rise’s Hindi version will not be getting a theatrical release. It was stated that the film’s Hindi dubbed version might be landing directly on YouTube after a certain period post its theatrical release down south.
However, Allu Arjun was quick to react to the whole development and he has settled the issue for once and for all. He has come in touch with the Hindi distributor and renegotiated the deal in such a way that Pushpa: The Rise’s Hindi version gets the widest possible theatrical release.
As per the new deal, the producers of Pushpa: The Rise, Mythri Movie Makers might have to face the financial consequences if the film’s Hindi dubbed version doesn’t fare well.
That said, Allu Arjun’s popularity in the Northern market has been on a steady rise and there is a lot of anticipation surrounding Pushpa: The Rise. So, releasing the film in Hindi is not only a viable move and a potentially lucrative one as well.
