Sara Ali Khan is a Bollywood actress who is known for her glitz and elegance. Her weight-loss journey has been well-received and widely discussed. She continues to share her fitness videos on social media, inspiring her friends and followers to get in shape.

She posted her latest workout video on her Instagram account on December 14. Initially, the ‘Kedarnath’ star stated that she had decided to skip her gym routine on Monday because she was weary when she woke up, but she later decided to push herself in order to feel better mentally, physically, and hormonally. She said, “Hello, everyone. So, today, I woke up and I wasn’t gonna come to the gym because I was feeling tired, lazy, not very motivated, also bloated, because I just got my period. But then, I decided that I should push myself, go to the gym, and do workouts, that I can feel better about myself – mentally, physically, hormonally, and in every way. I am proud.”

Sara is seen completing as HIIT (high-intensity interval training) exercise with her trainer in the video. Cycling, elevated side jumps, crunches, dumbbell training, burpees, planks, abdominal training, and other exercises were incorporated.

Sara captioned her video in the form of poetry she is known for, as she stated,”Puffy and Bloated or Gym Devoted? Clearly for the former Sara voted. Cycled, jumped fully exploded. So wanted to share, so her effort could be noted. Thank you Darshaks.”

On the work front, Sara Ali Khan’s next film, Atrangi Re, will be available to watch on an OTT platform starting December 24. In the film, she is cast alongside Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. The film is directed by Aanand L Rai.
