Sonam Kapoor is back in India for a while now. She is currently basking in the wedding excitement as she is the perfect sister to bride Rhea Kapoor.
For the occasion Sonam was dressed elegantly in an Anamika Khanna creation. She looked beautiful and exuded a charming aura. The Kapoor sister was seen dressed in a mint green Anarkali set with heavy gold work that was paired with a blush pink dupatta. Her jewellery complemented her outfit, she donned a matha Patti, a haath phool, chaandbaalis and kadas. Sonam looked bespoke at the wedding.
Sonam uploaded a series of pictures from the big day. She started with a special post for sister Rhea Kapoor. Sonam is seen standing behind the bride as the camera focuses on Rhea as she looks down and Sonam clutches her shoulders as they pose for the camera. Sonam pens down an emotional caption about how they will always be close by hearts even if they’re apart in distance.
In the last picture that completely stole the limelight was her carousel posts captioned #everydayphenomenal with husband Anand Ahuja. Sonam and Anand have been using this hashtag ever since they have been dating. Sonam and Anand didn’t leave each other’s wedding. They look so in love in the pictures as they are in tow and look like the perfect couple. Anand perfectly complements Sonam in a slate grey bandhgala that he pairs with a powder blue Kurta and White pants. In one of the snaps, Sonam is seen clutching Anand’s hands as she gets emotional during the wedding. Sonam stays in London with hubby Anand Ahuja.
On the work front, Sonam Kapoor has wrapped the shooting for her upcoming movie Blind. Directed by Shome Makhija, this action-thriller narrates the story of a blind police officer in search of a serial killer. The film went on floors in December 2020 in Glasgow, Scotland and the shoot was completed in a start-to-end schedule that lasted 39 days. Blind is produced by Sujoy Ghosh, who is also present in the Scottish city during its shoot.
