Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa tied the knot in Chandigarh on November 15 after 11 long years of courtship. Patralekhaa’s sister Parnalekha recently shared a happy family picture from the wedding ceremony and welcomed Rajkummar into their family.
Parnalekhaa shared the picture on her Instagram handle and wrote, “To love and to the sanctity of marriage. Welcome to the family, Raj! Our love and our gratitude knows no bounds. #mytribe #patraj.”
Rajkummar dropped a few emojis in the comment section, while Patralkehaa commented, “You look stunning Sils..”
Last Monday, Rajkummar and Patralekhaa had taken to their respective social media handles to share official first pictures from their wedding ceremony. For her big day, Patralekhaa wore a red tulle embroidered buti sari paired with an embroidered veil, that is inscribed with a Bengali verse. Rajkummar, on the other hand, wore an embroidered raw silk ivory jacket with gold plated Bengal tiger buttons paired with a Bangalore silk kurta and churidar.
Meanwhile, Rajkummar Rao resumed work three days after the wedding. He is currently in Lucknow shooting for his upcoming film Bheed directed by Anubhav Sinha.
